Stephen began his career in 1998 as an operative with Northern Insulation Contractors, quickly rising through the ranks due to his dedication and expertise. By 2001, he had earned a promotion to Supervisor, managing projects and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
In 2009, Stephen joined Insul-Eight, where he continued to excel as a Supervisor until 2017, when his career took a significant step forward as he became Contracts Manager and Health and Safety Manager. His exceptional work in these roles led to his promotion to Director of Insul-Eight in July 2020.

Stephen’s qualifications speak for themselves. He holds a NEBOSH certificate in general health and safety, elevating him to TECH IOSH status. His commitment to safety has been a hallmark of his career, and he has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
